The Waterfront Morning Workout Series is a sponsored event by that is free to the public. This year we are hoping to offer our most diversified class schedule yet, and get the community of all ages outside and moving. Start each day of Yankee Homecoming off right by meeting down on the waterfront to get some physical activity

Sunday July 26th 8:00AM –Align Step + Strength
Abs, Booty + Flow: A 50 minute strength and yoga flow class. The first 25 minutes will be focused on your lower body and core, where you’ll use bands and your own body weight to burn out your muscles. The final 25 minutes will include a vinyasa yoga flow into restorative postures and stretching. + Full Body Strength w/bands A 45 minute full body strength class where you’ll use bands and your own body weight to strengthen and tone. Get ready for amazing beats, good energy and a sweaty workout!

An all levels Vinyasa class that links breath to movement through creative, dynamic sequences. Build strength, flexibility, and focus at your own pace, with options offered throughout. Please bring a yoga may and water.

Fitness kickboxing class. High energy cardio based class with music.

Athletic style group training. Minimal weights. Mobility, bodyweight, core exercises, jumping, and cardiovascular work with medicine balls. This type of exercise is often not accessable for people, but has amazing health benefits when paired with traditional strength training.

Ready to find your flow? This class is a warm welcome to the gentle arts of Tai Chi and Qigong. Often called “meditation in motion,” our practice is all about moving slowly, breathing deeply, and letting go of the day’s stress. Whether you are looking to improve your balance, boost your energy, or simply find a moment of calm, you’ll find a supportive space here. This 45-minute band workout blends core, cardio, and strength to the beat of the music for a fun, feel-good sweat session that will kick off your morning the right way. We supply the bands — just bring a mat or beach towel, water, and your summer energy. All levels welcome. Come one, come all. You don’t want to miss this! Let’s move, sweat, and celebrate Yankee Homecoming together!
