Join us each morning for a fun filled exercise class that will be sure to get you moving for the day. Classes will be held on the Waterfront Stage.

Join Riverside Yoga‘s Sarah Oleson for a flowing, meditative and fun all levels yoga class! In this class we will focus on dynamic movement to build strength and flexibility, and work on linking breath with movement to quiet the mind. Appropriate for all levels of yogis from beginner to advanced. Bring your yoga mat!

Monday July 30th – YMCA of the North Shore 8:00 and 9:15 classes!
Kickstart your morning with the YMCA of the North Shore! Please join Haverhill Health & Wellness Director, Wendy Takesian on Monday July 30th from 8am – 10:15 am for a Cardio Strength Fusion class. Think music & movement! Breathe life into your workout with a little bit of choreography, a little bit of athletic training, this class will provide a little of variety for everyone! Come and have some fun before hitting the Yankee Homecoming festivities.
Monday July 30th – YWCA of Newburyport 10:00 – 10:45 am – Note this is the only class not held at the Waterfont Stage In the spirit of Community and Seaport Pride, please join us for the first free Yankee Homecoming Community Spin class on Monday, July 3th from 10:00 – 10:45 am sponsored by the YWCA Greater Newburyport, located at 13 Market Street, Newburyport, MA. First come, first serve for nine participants – only nine bikes will be set up outside the YWCA building in Labyrinth Area. Bring hat, sun screen and water bottle – some bikes may be in the sun. Come and join Coach Paul for a fun ride outdoors on the Keiser M3 bikes. Come and have some fun before hitting the Yankee Homecoming festivities.
Tuesday – July 31st – Motivate Barre Cardio Cycle 8:00 – 9:00 am
With the energy and sweat level of our Core + Cardio class and the mindfulness of our barre classes, Motivate CircuitSculpt utilizes functional movements with resistance. It’s fast-paced,without losing sight of our body alignment principles. Exercises are done in rapid succession with a break between circuits. Circuits can sometimes be timed, sometimes be driven in a flow fashion while utilizing the tempo of a song. We like to keep you guessing! Be prepared to squat it like it’s hot. Wear sneakers and bring water, a towel, and a mat.
Tuesday – July 31st – YWCA Newburyport 9:15 – 10:15
Barre/Yoga is a fun, full body workout incorporating traditional Barre with a strong focus on small, precise movements that lengthen the body and create a strong, leaner body and traditional Hatha Yoga. Class will include standing exercises along with work on the mat. Please bring a towel and or mat.
Wednesday August 1st – Newburyport Yoga 8:00 – 9:00 am
All-levels Yoga class – A well-rounded class that will balance strength with flexibility, refine your understanding of alignment and begin to build endurance.
Thursday August 2nd – Natural High Fitness 6:30 am -7:30 am

The most realistic military style training there is for civilians honoring our brave men and women who are fighting for our freedom every day. A combination of muscle conditioning using various equipment and body weight and cardio with HIIT Training (high intensity interval training) to get your heart pumping for a total workout. All ages and all levels will be able to participate as the challenges are modifiable. There is only one rule, you can’t quit (soldiers never quit).
Friday August 3rd Fuel Fitness Studio 8:00 -9:15 am
Do you want to take a boot camp class that will give you a strong, sleek, toned body and not make your thighs huge or your arms bulge?
